Our monthly plan allows you to pause and resume your subscription whenever you need so you’re only paying when you have work available.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex or multi-part requests can take longer.

With 10+ years of startup, corporate, and consulting experience as an IC and managing teams as large as 30, educated with a Masters in Data Science from a top 10 school, you’re working directly with someone who can partner, communicate and deliver effectively. However, some highly technical requests such as complex VBA or Python coding may be supported by technical partners.

We understand you may not have enough requests to fill up an entire month. If you run out of requests, pausing your subscription will allow you to save the remaining days in your subscription for future use.

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. So if you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, you’ll have 11 days of service remaining to use in the future when you unpause your subscription.

PleaseFix offers a ton of flexibility in how you make requests using Todoist. Some common ways clients make requests is directly via Todoist, sharing Google docs or data files, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Todoist, it's fair game.

Yes. PleaseFix only works on discrete deliverables. That means tasks that have a clear start and end like Automating a process or generating a report from unstructured data. pleaseFix does not cover ongoing tasks like: P&L management, run the business tasks, admin work like scheduling travel, etc. Additionally, anything that would go beyond the scope of a typical business analyst, like data engineering, data science, actuarial, etc.

No problem. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs using the unused days that you’ve saved by pausing.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
